What is Membership for?

In order to play Equinox, you must first become a member. Membership fees are now completely pro-rated per event. There is no longer an annual fee for Membership!

How do I join?

To become a member, print out the Membership Form, complete the information requested and have your signature notarized. You can find a Notary Public at most banks and libraries. Our Customer Service Manager is a Notary Public, so give her a call and perhaps you can arrange to meet with her to complete this paperwork.

How do I pre-register?

To register, print out the pre-registration form and complete where applicable or just submit your pre-registration through the online system on our website.

How are events structured?

Each event is broken into two halves or periods. The first period of the event runs from about 10:00 p.m. Friday night to 3:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon. The second period runs from 3:01p.m. Saturday afternoon to around 5:00 a.m. on Sunday. The rest of Sunday is used for cleanup and on most events, a trip to a local diner for dinner.

Can I buy extra build?

You also have the opportunity to purchase ten additional Build Points to start off your character. This fee is $100.00. 10 more build is available for every year the game has existed. For a total of up to 70 build for $700 which can be purchased at any time for any character.

Equinox also offers the ability to purchase one Build Point per month per character for $10.00

How do I pay?

Equinox does not accept personal checks. Please send either a money order or a certified check for your payment. Make the money order or certified check payable to Aeternalis, LLC. Also, we do have the capability to accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The ability to pay by credit card will also be available at the events.
